  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Cookies are baked fresh before shipment whenever possible.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.

    • Once an order leaves our facility, delivery conditions are outside our control.

    • For best quality, we recommend consuming cookies within 3–5 days of delivery, or freezing upon arrival.

      Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

      Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

      • COOKITOS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

      • Reshipments due to address errors may require additional shipping charges.

      Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

      • COOKITOS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

      • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

      • We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.

        Returns & Refunds

        Due to the nature of our products:

        • All sales are final

        • We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items

        • Refunds are only considered if the order arrives damaged due to an error on our part
